CozyCanin was born from two dog enthusiasts who wanted to offer their companions products that matched the love they have for them. Disappointed by the quality of the market, they began to create and select more comfortable, durable, and animal-welfare-friendly accessories themselves.

Today, the brand is based on a simple requirement: to offer only products they would be proud to give to their own dogs, and to gather a community of owners who consider their pet a true member of the family.

Can I return a product?

Yes! You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, without having to give a reason. This period, voluntarily extended beyond the legal 14 days, allows you to test the product with complete peace of mind.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@cozycanin.fr.

How do I get a refund?

Once your return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 business days, using the same payment method used for your order. No additional fees will be charged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as CozyCanin cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return.

What are the delivery times?

CozyCanin works with international suppliers and warehouses to offer you quality products at affordable prices. Delivery times are on average 7 to 20 working days from dispatch, depending on your delivery country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order via our Order Tracking page.

Is delivery free?

Yes! Delivery is free for purchases over €65. Below this amount, delivery costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

How can I be sure the product is suitable for my pet?

Each product page provides details on characteristics, dimensions, and sizing advice to help you make the right choice.

If in doubt, our team is available to advise you personally at contact@cozycanin.fr. And if the product doesn't suit you, you have 30 days to return it!

My package hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, first check your parcel's tracking via the link received by email. If the problem persists, contact us at contact@cozycanin.fr, stating your order number - we will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution.

I received a defective or incorrect product, what should I do?

We apologize! Contact us immediately at contact@cozycanin.fr, including a photo of the product and your order number.

In this case, return shipping costs are fully covered by CozyCanin, and we will offer you a full refund or a product reshipment.
